Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Notice
Welcome to our website. We respect the intellectual property rights of creators and expect our users to uphold the same standards. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c)), copyright holders or their authorized legal agents may submit a formal takedown notice to our designated DMCA Agent.
As an online service provider, we operate under the “safe harbor” provisions of the DMCA. To file a valid, good-faith copyright infringement notice, please submit a written communication containing the following required details:
Submitting a Notice of Copyright Infringement
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a representative authorized to act on their behalf.
- Clear identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Specific identification of the infringing material to be removed, including the direct URL address where the content is located.
- Reasonable contact details of the complaining party, including full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement affirming that the complaining party has a good-faith belief that the disputed use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Please Note: Title 17 USC ยง512(f) establishes liability for statutory damages and legal costs against any party who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing.
Please send all formal copyright notices through our Contact page via email for prompt administrative review. Submitting a notice acknowledges that your identity and communication details may be forwarded to the alleged infringer.
Counter-Notification Procedures for Restoring Content
If material you submitted was removed due to a DMCA claim and you believe this was done as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a formal counter-notification pursuant to 17 USC Section 512(g)(3) containing:
- Your physical or verified electronic signature.
- Identification of the removed material and its location URL prior to removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury affirming your good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, postal address, and phone number, along with a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your judicial district, and that you will accept service of process from the original complaining party.
- Submit your counter-notice through our official Contact page via email.
Policy Regarding Repeat Infringers
